About
This 8-week workout program is designed to help you build strength, improve muscle tone, and increase confidence in the gym. Whether you’re new to weightlifting or returning after a break, this program focuses on full-body workouts, using dumbbells to develop a strong foundation. You’ll train 3-4 days per week, alternating between upper body, lower body, and full-body workouts. Each session we are striving to accomplish progressive overload, and core work to build overall strength and stability.
