Hey ladies Today we just completed week 2 of July 💪🏾 to the girls who doing thier best to stay consistent keep going .. to the Girls who haven’t been able to join us I definitely encourage you ladies who have long term goals to try to at minimum push for one class session a week to keep your momentum of staying active going !

The hardest part about stopping is starting back and feeling like Day 1 all over again ladies we work to hard to lose everything we build over the last few months..
